Domus Australia is a pilgrim guest house in Rome, offering a calm and welcoming refuge from the busy tourist pace of the Eternal City.
It was established by the Catholic Church in Australia, undergoing a three-year restoration before Pope Benedict XVI formally opened it in October 2011.

The restaurants
The Cardinal Moran dining room opens onto the beautiful open-air courtyard surrounded by a typical Italian cloister. Breakfast and dinner are served in this restaurant and guests can choose to dine inside or al fresco. Our Rooftop Terrace and Cardinal Knox Centre also offer dining experiences.
Our restaurantsThe Chapel of St Peter Chanel
Located within the Guest House Domus Australia complex is a beautifully restored Chapel. The Chapel can seat up to 150 people and Mass in English is celebrated every day for guests and visitors to Rome. The Chapel opens every day at 7am.
Monday to Saturday: 5pm Solemn Exposition & Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with Benediction at 5:45pm. 6pm Sung Mass in English (Saturday in Italian).
Sundays:6pm Sung Mass with Gregorian Chant
The Sacrament of Penance is available during Adoration every day, and upon request.
